Targetts Windows & Doors was founded in April 1988 when Scott Targett set out with a clear vision: to make service the most important product in the inventory. Over the decades, the company supplied a wide range of building materials before focusing on windows, doors, and millwork—earning a reputation for professionalism, quality products, and exceptional customer service.
A New Era of Leadership
In 2024, Nick Thebeau and Jody Hanson became the new owners of Targetts Windows & Doors, purchasing the business from founder Scott Targett.
- Nick Thebeau, with over a decade of sales and management experience at Targetts, continues to guide the company as President/CEO, ensuring the same trusted service customers have come to rely on.
- Jody Hanson, a longtime Fredericton-area developer, serves as Vice President & Advisor, bringing valuable industry insight and a vision for growth.
Growth and Expansion
In June 2025, following Targetts’ acquisition of TopMar Building Supplies, Zac Corey joined as Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer (COO). With deep experience in the building supply industry and strong customer relationships, Zac now leads the company’s day-to-day operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.
Together, Zac, Nick, Jody, and the entire Targetts team are dedicated to strengthening the company’s role as a leader in the building products market.
The TopMar Fredericton location was merged into Targetts’ existing Fredericton operations at 808 St. Marys Street.
- The Nackawic location (53 Carelton Drive) continues to operate as Targetts’ second retail store, enhancing convenience and regional service.
- Both locations operate under the Castle Building Supply banner, maintaining a trusted selection of building materials and services.
This expansion allows Targetts to provide full-service solutions—from foundation to finish. Whether you’re a contractor or a homeowner, you can count on a dedicated Contractor Sales Team, knowledgeable retail staff, and a 24/7 e-commerce platform to help bring your projects to life.

Policies
Before You Buy
- Double check your measurements (always Width x Height) and swings (looking from the exterior)
- Have your installer verify your measurements
- Any special order item requires a 50% deposit non-refundable
- Once your product has arrived it must be picked up or delivered with in 2 weeks
- Any additional questions consult with Sales Staff
Return Policy
Targetts Return Policy
Revised Aug. 5th 2025
Please read the following procedures as they will be in effect immediately.
Stock Product
- May be returned for full refund as long it is in its original state/form (cannot be damaged or altered in any way or installed, etc.) sellable condition and you have the sales slip within 30 days.
Special Order Products
- Any special-Order product is not returnable, unless approved by management.
- Interior Doors, as soon as they are pre-hung they become a special-order product non returnable.
- Siding can be special order but stocked by the vendor this can be returned in a full box not used for credit with approval by management.
- PLEASE NOTE – some siding cannot be returned ie: Celect, Board and Batton and Shake siding from Royal. If you do return siding you can only receive the credit once Targetts receives it from the manufacturer. Siding companies have strict rules on the conditions of returns and that can only be determined from the siding company.
- All materials being returned must be inspected by the warehouse manager before credit is issued.
These procedures are in place to protect both the client and Targetts, to ensure better efficiency as well as less items that cannot be sold.

- 60 Kilometers or less $40
- 60 to 100 Kilometers $75
- 100 Kilometers or more please contact the store.
